I thought I would share a little story about ARIEF. My daughter was the recipient of one of these scholarships. These funds contributed towards her success getting through college debt-free. I can assure you it is much more than the impact of money that makes these scholarships special. It's the recognition that comes along with it. We know the positive impact recognition has. She acquired her bachelor degree in computer science and a minor in graphic arts. She went on to get her masters in data analytics and is out in the world making an impact serving our VA hospitals and clinics through her employment with Boos Allen Hamilton.
