We started using it in 2010 - and it has changed everything from order taking to billing to archiving to proofing. Prior, we used hand written orders that we'd store in a back room, shuffle through the files when we needed to find past orders. Now (assuming employees input the info correctly) we have everything at our fingertips. We can bill as soon as the order id complete, attached purchase orders and send professional quotes. It does take a bit to start the process, if your store has done it one way for some time, a learning curve will ensue - but persevere............ I promise you it is absolutely worth it!!!!

We signed up for Shopkart in 2009 and added OM in 2010 and have not looked back. I cannot imagine running my business without it. I also have never had a software service EVER that was as responsive as Netsoft. I bought a business in 2017 that came with 28 years of files. After about a year of transitioning those into OM we have not looked at the files. Not to mention that I had 11 years of my own paper archives before signing up. All of that has gone away.

Best employee you will ever hire!  Thats how I look at BizWiz.  When I started, the previous owner did everything on paper, no computers.  I tried many different ways to do this myself, using outlook, yahoo, and a friend gave me an POS system he was no longer using.  Then I got smart in 2013 and signed up for BizWizard and can't imagine what we would do without it.  Just the file organization and how it is associated with previous orders is worth it, but you can send invoices out of it as well as soon as the order is complete!  Stop over thinking this and get on the BizWiz wagon!

We have been in business for 53 years.  We have used BizWiz  since 2004 and it is the best thing we have ever done for our business.
My opinion - even better than any piece of equipment we ever bought.

We have been users of Bizwiz for over 10 years!  In short, the real advantage of this piece of software is the ease of order duplication.   Nothing brings our staff and myself more pleasure than duplicating a previous order for a customer.  It is super easy to do so.

Now.... with the good, there are some kinks to the software.  But, I think much of this will be resolved when "Mach-2" of the software gets released which is supposed to be very soon.

It is a real pain in the butt to set up your new products and enter all the details that go along with it.  But once that is done, you can start moving forward.  This is also true when setting up product pages on a web page.  A fair amount of work and consideration goes into the background before you can move forward.   That being said,  we still rely on some physical paperwork with more custom jobs.

The personalization industry's problem (and strength) is that we can do so much! So, incorporating that complexity into a piece of software is super tricking. Some companies may want to engrave the front side and others may want to engrave on the reverse side.  Some companies may charge extra for color filling the graphics and if so, how much do you charge for that additional service?  Will the software know to ask that question?

I hope that the new software will help alleviate some of this pain.  It would be nice to be able to standardize products and standardize the additional options which are handled by the software. I think that it is time to start operating your business like Mcdonald's where consistent products, service and production processes are commonplace.

BizWiz is not for everyone.  and if you are on a paper-based order system, BizWiz will undoubtedly change the way you do business.  You will curse and yell at the computer during your setup but once that is done and all the dust settles, you will be happy with your decision.
