I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for boxes to ship trophies, resin, and acrylic awards. Recommended sizes, type, and packing material to ensure product safety. I currently do not ship any product but am hoping to in the near future and don't want to order a bunch of different sizes and not get use out of them. Any information would be helpful.

We use Papermart in LA www.papermart.com and Uline is another source, https://www.uline.com/ but you might check if there are some local suppliers in the San Diego area

Hey David.  My retailer days we also used paper mart out of LA. if you ordered over $300 in supplies you got everything delivered for free!  We used to stock 3 sizes to handle most of our shipping.  13x13x20 boxes were great for traditional trophies.  We also stock 12x12x10 and 6x6x10 boxes. If you need bigger by a bundle of larger boxes if you are getting free delivery

Actually, if you're in California, you only have to order $100 for free shipping.

I have produced 2 different shipping carton sets that have an interior corrugated partitions that gives me 24 cells that will accommodate, 2 x 3  or 2 x 4 stone upto 14" in height or 12" in height.   I had them custom made for me by a local box mftr.  Eliminates the need for individually wrapping the trophies for shipping.  About the only thing we do is put a sheet of small bubble wrap on top and bottom for shock absorption.   I buy 500 sets at a time and they run me about $6.50 a set.
