I think the closest thing you will find is a cabinet pull or knob backplate.  Here are a couple that are in the same general shape.

This is available from topknobsdecor.com. Part number M197 Tuscany Collection 2-1/2" Backplate. This one is Pewter but you can call them at 877-919-1476 and ask for the Antique Gold version.

A lot of people don't know that if you take a picture of something, anything, anywhere, and you open it in Google Photos, there's an icon on the bottom of the screen (second icon from the right) that will scan the item, flower, road sign, whatever and scan the Internet and tell you where you are, what your lookingg for or whatever. What will they think of next.
