    I placed an order with Classic Medallics 2 weeks ago and have not gotten any updates since then. We have tried calling and emailing about the status. Does anyone know if they are still shipping orders? We have ordered recently and have not heard about any issues but I am concerned we won't get this order in for our customer and was wondering if anyone else having issues?

    I am having the same trouble.  Use to e-mail the owner even and get quick and great service.  

    Have an order that is due Friday and can't get an e-mail response or return call.  Their customer service message says only open from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

    Not sure what is going on!!

    I've been ordering and receiving from them all this month and last. Their customer service hours are minimal, but if you call between 12 and 4 EST you should be able to reach them.

    I have called during those hours and emailed multiple times and nothing. I ordered last month as well and received the items but the order I placed on May 1st is still showing pending and not acknowledged. I will have to switch my customer to a different supplier unfortunately.

    Did you order online?  I have found that is the best way to order with them.  Whenever I call or email I either don't receive a response or responses or slow vs if I order on the website I get acknowledgments of orders within 24 hours.

    I spoke to Jerry Singer yesterday.  He is the owner of Classic Medallics and I told him the issues I saw on this forum.  He indicated that they are still very much in business, but have had a few hiccups in their factory recently.  He also has had a lot of issues with personnel and that is probably the lack of response you are receiving,.  

    Everything regarding response has to do with employee turnover etc.  Beyond that, I am not sure, although he indicated to me that he is in this business for the "long haul."
