    Has anyone been in contact with Classic Medallics lately?  No one answers the phone and all email addresses that I have are blocked....

    I noticed that the other day and thought there was an internet outage or something. Glad I'm not the only one but this stinks because I have a product that I can only get from them that I'm running low on.

    Maybe try reaching out to Singer Company, they are the parent company of Classic Medallics.  They may have some insight on what's going on.

    I actually just did that and got the same information that we get from Classic Medallics. The email was blocked

    Business Hours: M-F 10am-5pm, Closed Saturday and Sunday
    Contactless Delivery and Shipping available.

    I tried to reach them after Jan 1 about my account and that's when I found all of the contact information is blocked. I'm afraid to place an order online now for fear the system will take my money and we won't get the product.

    They were closed/not processing orders from 12.16.23 - 1.2.24, so maybe extremely busy playing catch-up.

    They have emailed us a few times stating we had not paid our last invoice. When trying to contact them back, there is no answer and emails are blocked. When we did finally talk to them and indicate we have proof that the invoice was paid, I was told that we need to discuss that with our bank as we had not paid it and they were not blocking our emails. 

    Very disappointing. We hope they figure out all of their current problems.

    They have very limited customer service hours now and it has been that way for quite some time.  I went through the same struggle as you.  They were never a core supplier for me but did have a few proprietary products a use to order.

    I use to always order by faxing a Purchase Order and never had a problem doing that way. Maybe try faxing your order.

    We bought from Classic Medallics until 5 or 6 years ago, when I received a list from one of our school districts with a list of approved vendors and Classic Medallics was on the list as an approved vendor. So, we stopped doing business with them.
