We were approached today by one of our local colleges about getting or producing "Chain of Office" medallions for the college president and trustees to wear during graduation ceremonies.

We discussed options for stock medals we can produce as well as custom cast medallions. I'm seeing just one Canadian supplier in my ASI ESP database who appears to sell these items.

If others have assisted colleges with these items, I'd love some leads on what other suppliers I can contact. Our customer doesn't have a preference about a ribbon or chain attachment.

We have most of our custom medals made by AT Design http://www.atdesigns.com/  but have also used Simba in the past as well https://www.simbaline.com/

Both have always created good product and been great to work with.

Judy, we would be able to help you with your custom medals. You may want to also check with Medallic Arts/MedalCraft Mint. Medallic Arts I think went out of business several years ago and Medalcraft acquired their assets. They specialized in the chains and maces as well.

Thanks Vince. I'll contact them. I found them online when I was initially researching. I'm hoping to find a vendor who can produce the medallions and the chain or wide ribbon as well.
