We have a customer wanting to replicate this plaque, including the gold trim piece. I have no idea how old the plaque is. I welcome any leads on where to look. Thanks!

That looks like a custom piece to me. Etched Header plate and I don't know of anyone that makes a Bowl of Hygieia plaque mount. I would reach out to R.S. Owens which is now part of St. Regis Group. I don't see an issue else than the plaque mount, Gemini for the plate, Moslow or Lee's Wood for board and there are more companies in that arena.

Don't know if you can get the gold finish your needing/wanting, but a 3D printer might be the way to go.
