    Good morning,

I have been searching around and was surprised to find nothing on the subject of embroidery.  Does that not fall under personalization?  I have gained a wealth of information here and would like to find the same for embroidery, but not sure where else to look.

    Sorry about the typo!

    Hi Chad,

I believe that the Graphics Pro Magazine formerly NBM will be a better resource for you on embroidery. I find that Graphics Pro is very complimentary to our beloved trade organization APA. More geared towards vinyl signage and printing then their award coverage. Also another resource for CorelDraw Help which is never a bad thing lol. There is no cost as they are ad supportive from their supplier members.

    Graphics Pro

    Good Luck

    regards
    Dave

You may find that asking your embroidery questions yields answers.  While certainly not the focus, there are many people here whose shop has branched out into embroidery.

Hi Chad, Gaston Screen Printing and Embroidery is a very good source.  I have worked with them for 22 years. 8620 Wilkinson Blvd Charlotte, NC, 28214-8059 United States

They do high quality work for a fair price and are usually very reactive to lead-times.
Tell him I sent you.  :)  good luck.

Thank you all for your replies.  I had forgotten about Graphics Pro.  I've been to a couple NBM shows but was not focusing on embroidery at the time.

Hi @Chad Cox! Chase Street Accessories & Engraving does embroidery, but on a very small scale. We have one 10-needle machine. I look at it as a way to not have to say "no" to regular customers. It's definitely not bread-and-butter.'

    What questions do you have?

    Hi Chad,
Thank you for posting this. You're correct, APA does not have a lot of resources regarding embroidery or even vinyl signage. As Education Chair, one of my goals is to bring more embroidery and vinyl education to APA for this year , the 2023 Expo and beyond.

    Stay tuned!
