I just want to make a follow up comment on these room prices. This year we pre-booked our room at the "group rate" of $129 (or whatever it was) at Paris. The day before we left, I received and email from Caesar's stating rooms at Paris were $64 for the same time period. I know, I know, you are going to say "those are guaranteed rates...blah, blah..." BUT it sure seems the "group" could negotiate these lower prices well ahead of time. Especially with the daily news stories about how Vegas is suffering due to big drops in visitors. Long gone are the days of "cheap" trips to Sin City. Hint: there is a mini Target Store on the strip with normal prices on everyday items you may need.
