My name is Michael Montecalvo, CRM, President of Lamont Awards & Apparel, located in Spencerport, a small town in upstate New York.
We've proudly been members of APA for over 45 years, and I was honored to be the first Certified Recognition Master (CRM) in New York State. Much of our company's growth and success has come from the education and resources APA provides. I strongly encourage you to take advantage of the seminars-especially the hands-on sessions offered at the Las Vegas International Show.
If you ever have questions that aren't answered through the Forum, I'd be glad to share my thoughts and experiences.
