    Metal leaf plates used to be sold by ID Plates but they were bought out by Gemini so I would contact them, https://geminimade.com/signage/plaques-plates/, another option is to cut them out of metal looking plastic.

    I was looking for these a while back and I ended up getting the JDS Fabrication department to cut them for me.  There was a small set-up fee and I don't think the plates were too much individually.  Mine have two small holes in the ends for screwing them onto the plaque, but ultimately they were the same.  Mine had holes at either end, otherwise I would ask how many you needed because I think that I have a few left over.
