APA Open Community

I'm having trouble getting my button maker to operate properly and don't remember which supplier I purchased this from at the ARA show in Vegas quite a few years ago. Does anyone recognize this model?

I'm not sure this is exactly the same as ours, we purchased ours from USA Buttons 1-800-777-4992.  I'm sure they would be able to sort it out.
