Kurt, there are many enamel processes for lapel pins. For color filling there is soft enamel, resin poly enamel, true cloisonné and a hybrid of an overlay of UV printing over the enamel for areas of your design where a metal border between colors may not work. If you look at the three items in the attachment, that is the UV print overlay with soft enamel while the Georgia pin is soft enamel.
