    Does anyone have a source for Matte Finish Black Brass Gold Border with Notched Corners 2.5 x .875 ?- I have not seen a matte finished perpetual plate before.

    Classic Medallics has matte finish perp plates.  They are only available by phone from 12:00 to 4:00 ET.
