  • 1.  Newing Hall Model 400

    Hello,
Does anyone here use a Newing Hall Model 400? It also was upgraded to the HP3 controller. We have a customer that has us make all of their tags now and they have this machine they are offering to sell it to us.

Any idea if this is a good machine and what it is worth? We have laser engravers but may be interested in adding this to our business.

    Thank you,
    Greg Curtis

Having mechanical engraving in your tool kit is a must for an awards and engraving business in my opinion.  While it's use is on the decline, it does many things that other machines simply cannot.  I would jump on this opportunity if the price is reasonable and you do your research.  Newing Hall has been around for a long time and from my observation they seem to do a nice job supporting their machines.

Hello Greg. I have been running 2 Newing-Hall machines since the early to mid-'90s. A model 300 and a model 400. They are absolutely great engravers! I still use both of them daily.
I wouldn't pass up the opportunity if the price is fair.
You can always give me a call if you want to chat about them.
