I was wondering who you all recommend for patches for hats. I know that Stahls is a great option but was just wondering if there are other options that any of you have used and recommend.

Hi Debbie, Are you looking for completed leather / leatherette / acrylic hat patches or the raw materials?  If raw materials, Stahls offers 3 colors of genuine leather but their leatherette options are not as broad as JDS and some others.  If looking for completed patches, we wholesale thousands of custom hat patches onsite, here in our shop and we're just a few hours south of you, so one day shipping.

Hi Debbie - 

A number of our customers use Lonestar Adhesive for their hat patch blanks that they UV print or laser. Hope it helps.
