APA Open Community

We have a client looking for a duplicate of the attached plaque. We can do all of the sublimated plates ourselves, but are looking for a supplier for the plaque board itself (somewhere within the USA, as they have an event date of mid-January). Does anyone know of a supplier that could do something like this?

That looks like a Drico Products plaque. They are here in the U.S. I've used them a few times and had really good luck.
