    So...turns out the main electrical company provider to a large portion of Houston has had their outage website under construction for months. As such, it was of NO assistance after Hurricane Beryl down here.
    People looking for updates have transitioned to checking the Whataburger app to see where the outages are. (see attached)
    This is one of the most Texan things you'll ever see. :)
