Hi all - anyone else having problems with accucutter returning blades or returning phone calls and emails? I sent my blades in November to be resharpened which I have done for the past 30 years and I didn't hear back from them. After an email and several phone calls someone finally answered and stated they are looking for another company to do their sharpening services - I thought they did it in house? So they still have not returned my blades or phone calls. Any suggestions moving forward if I hopefully get my blades back on a reliable Sharpening Service on the East Coast?

I recently received an email from Florida Knife Company. It said that they have been doing AccuCutter's sharpening for the last 25 years. They included a price list for different AccuCutter blades.

That's strange, Lauren from AccuCutter has been active on this forum within the last month.  We got the email from Florida Knife as well (you would think they got the email list from someone in the know).

We had done some research as we need to have our shear sharpened soon, and came up with the following sharpening service which seemed capable, have not used them yet (no affiliation).

Reach out to your local print shops and see who they use for sharpening their sheer blades.   This process helped me identify several options in our area, one of which picks up and delivers weekly.
