I have a customer asking us to make PVC patches and I don't know what we need to do this.  Is there a sheet material we can buy and laser cut and engrave these?  Any help would be appreciated.

Kim,

I am assuming that your customer is asking for the PVC Patch that has the flexibility of silicone. These items usually need to be produced in a mold. Most dealers cannot produce a PVC patch. I would contact an ASI company to complete your order.

Be very careful is you are cutting a rigid PVC panel with your laser. The laser's heat will produce (HCL) hydrochloric acid. This will eventually eat up your drive belts.

Not yet a supplier member, but hopefully will be soon.  We use Ninjapatches.com for that work.  They are Philadelphia based. 

Plug the association when you contact them, tell them they should consider being in Vegas!

Just saw @Vince Frank replied and they do really great work with custom medals.  I would reach out to them first as it's important to support our industry suppliers!
