We placed an order with Rod Mench Studios in early June. We communicated with them directly when placing the order, as we've done numerous times over many years.
Our order never arrived. We've reached out numerous times - phone, email - but have had no response whatsoever for several weeks.
Has anyone had recent communications with the team there?
