Greetings,

I am looking to see if anyone has suggestions on how to run more than one tumbler on a Universal Laser machine.  The jig they have only allows 1 tumbler at time.  Would like to see if there are other machines, add ons to the laser machine or possible ideas that would allow more than one tumbler run at once.

I haven't done tumblers but have watched tumblers being engraved without any attachments.

The made platforms to fit the table. They had V shaped cradles running lengthwise and spaced apart to allow space for each tumbler.

The tumblers do not move. With custom software settings you print across the tumbler..

Lasers will perform well even when a little out of focus. As the laser moves across the tumbler it is further away and moves closer as it passes center then starts to move away.

They looked great and can do several units with each run.

JDS sells the Rackstar system, which allows you to engrave several tumblers at a time. They have different jigs you can purchase to hold the various styles of tumblers sold.
