We have been having problems with our SG1000's(yes plural). They will be sending us our 3rd new one in less than a year.
Don't get me wrong, Sawgrass has been great fixing/replacing the printer. Just wondering if anyone else has been having problems.
Will send a job over and the screen stays blank. The power button is lit up, but none of the buttons work, including power button. Unplug for a while, turn on
and it gets stuck on please wait screen.
Just wondering if we are the only ones!
