  • 1.  Shout out to PDS Equipment

    Hope everyone is doing well and sourcing products as best as possible.  It is now 11:54pm on the East Coast and just wanted to share with others how totally floored I am with PDS Equipment.  I know it's probably been posted before, but it cannot be said enough.  It is now about 4 hours after PDS has closed for the day.  I have an order due tomorrow and my printer was doing some funky things.  I reached out to my rep Kevin who answered with some ideas to try and walked be through how to complete my project and will help me get a replacement part for something that wore out on my two year old machine.  Did I mention that all this has happened after 11pm?

    I am sending the final part of the job to the printer and cleaning everything else up and so happy that this will not be weighing on my mind tonight.  PDS, thank you for providing top notch support and going above and beyond in every situation.  I just wish I did not buy two other machines before finally enjoying my Mimaki.

    Told you! :) I have had my rep, Trevor Bates, answer the phone for me on the weekend when he was out on the lake fishing! PDS really raises the bar for the equipment side of our industry! I think they are the "JDS" on the equipment side of our supply resources. I'll never look elsewhere.
