This isn't necessarily for increasing margins, but just for increasing overall quality. We recently added a sandblaster to our workshop because we feel it leaves a much nicer mark on glass than lasering. Since we've had to raise prices to keep up with supply costs, we want to make sure the decoration quality also matches those costs. Customers are willing to pay a lot for a dependable customization service that consistently produces good product, so that gives us more flexibility in pricing.
