APA Open Community

I have a xenetech engravers that was updated to the viper program years back. I am having an issue with the pendant not loading which has happened before. I tried to contact xenetech and it looks like they are out of business. I am looking for someone that can assist me that may know how I can fix this issue.

Awesome - we have 2 and they are workhorses, so we just keep them cleaned and sometimes we need to have Fred help us with the updated stuff.

I have not tried repairing a pendant, BUT you do have the option of creating a Virtual Pendant on your computer. I can hook you up with someone who can talk you through the process. Have lots of stuff for Xenetechs.  Stepper and Spindle Motors, spindles, bearing, coupling, leadscrew nuts, etc. etc....  Also a couple of sources on the Xenetech Users Facebook Group.
