We are trying to sublimate photos onto white tiles. The first dog photo (top left) was finished using the official instructions for tiles, but the image had some unintentional fading around the edges. Some of the other tiles also had spots on them that looked like brown burn spots-- most apparent on the bottom-left dog tile. For each tile that was completed, temperature, cushioning, pressure, and/or dwell time were all adjusted in an attempt to correct these issues with no luck. Thank you in advance for any input!

Hi Judy,
You might want to check your heat press for proper temp.

A silicone pad can help for problems at the edge when printing full bleed.

While not a solution, removing the background can reduce the need to print to the edge.

When all else fails, call JDS support they are awesome!
