Hello,

Does anyone know of any companies that do onsite servicing on Universal Laser machines here in Des Moines Iowa?

We've had great service for years, but our guy (John V.) out of Minneapolis has since retired.

Jeff Jarko with Laser Systems and Support out of Norman, OK is who I work with.  I am not located all that far from you.  In fact, many years ago you gave me a tour of your shop.  Jeff is frequently in our area and can be reached at 405-387-5146.

EDIT:  I'm going to have to eat my words.  I got ahead of myself.  I gave Jeff a call and he informed me he does not go up into Iowa.  Universal has basically opened up all of the territories.  The service reps can sell and provide support anywhere in the country now, but with a few exceptions,  they have decided to respect each others territories and only provide support in their original territory.

I used The H2i Group earlier this year in central Minnesota. They took over John V's business. They did a fine job. I don't know for sure if they travel to Iowa, but I assume that they do.
