Thank you, since I upgraded to Windows 11 different computer), EngraveLab 9 (and trial version 10) is causing stalls and pauses when sending jobs to my New Hermes V7000 engraver. I have tried other parallel port cards, also USB conversion cables....it behaves the same. This is an intermittent problem so it is hard to nail down. I still have my old computer that won't upgrade to Windows 11 from 10.....it continues to work well. Anyone else experiencing this have any suggestions? Fred from Quality One is trying to help my situation as well.

I'm told that Colorbyte vers 10 is the same as SignLab(EngraveLab) 9. We've not noticed any problems with Windows 11.
