Anyone hear anything about West Art closing?

I have found that WestArt is operating very lean and haphazardly these days but are still in business.  You have to communicate via email, not phone.  You have to be patient but can eventually order.  Don't expect a quick turnaround.  I only order one item from them and the last time I was able to connect I stocked up heavily on that item.

We emailed about an item early September and got an auto reply that they were closed till 9/15. I emailed and called on 9/15 trying to get a part for a client they get annually but the email bounced back like the mailbox was full and no answer. We just switched our customer to another part as this seems to be an issue each year.

I know West Art has been slow in replying to calls and emails. You might want to check with Circle K Trophy. They specialize in resins for the equestrian market, but they have been expanding into other markets.

Neal did exhibit at APA last year or the year before. I know a few of the customers I have pointed in his direction have been happy
