I did talk with Nate at Aderman Awards, his words: "Yes, unfortunately, Westart seems to have closed their doors."
Nate says he can handle my orders from here, actually one of my "custom" statues was in his catalog. ?

I reached out a week or two ago and haven't heard anything either. So at this point I'm just treating them like they are closed as they are unreliable. You could source replacement items from Aderman Awards or Treasure of Nature.
