Roy and Tim,
Thanks for responding!
Roy, GREAT STORY!
Tim, I do not have a photo of the piece, but it was an exclusive from Accurate Casting!
The owner's name from Accurate Casting was Gene Hoffman.... just in case that jogs any one's mind!
The "Kings Bishop," was a hand cast piece about 10" tall.
....and I thought I could find anything on the internet!!
Stay Safe! Play Fair! Work Hard!

Subject: Who purchased....
Michael,
Since your post started with the "Many Moons Ago," I thought a story might be appropriate. Early in the 70's I got a call from a boxing promoter who needed a case Dodge Trophies boxing figures. I took the order and turned it in to Dodge (my employer at the time) and they promptly sent a letter to the promoter saying they had too many customers in New Orleans and he would have to purchase any Dodge products through one of their existing customers.
The well known promoter (he's the one that promoted the Frazier/Ali fight in New Orleans) was infuriated that "someone wouldn't take my money." He got on a plane and went to Accurate Casting and bought a truckload of figures and went into the Trophy business. Became, and still is, one of the largest trophy shops in the South; Faber Trophies
