    That is an Airflyte piece, ZX108 3 X 7.5 or ZX109 3.25 X 9.5  It doesn't look like JDS has any stock in that piece.  I have a smaller version, just one piece,  2.5 x 5.625, you are welcome to it.

    That looks like a gold border for a military ribbon.  1.4375" by .4375"  if that is the size you are looking for i have some if you just need a few, or I can send you the wholesale contact.

    Hi Kyle, we have discontinued the ZX108, but if that size will work for you (3" x 7 1/2") I'm showing we do have 9 pieces in our Sioux Falls location and 4 in Dallas if that helps you out at all.

    I used to get those from Tropar & RS Owens. I have some here in the sizes of 8.5" x 7.25", 5" x 7", 2" x 5", and 1.5" x 3.375". Let me know if you would like any of them.
