Does anyone know who the vendor is for  Code# WXRC Reclaimed Wood 9x12 Floating Plaque?  I have a sample from sometime in the past and now have a customer that wants 2.  I've checked numerous suppliers websites and the closest I can fins is JDS # FPA3912.  Thanks for any help you can give.

That was a JDS product that has been discontinued.  It was replaced by their barnwood plaque, which is a barnwood look, not actual rustic barnwood.
