Does anyone know who does on-site repairs of Xenetech Star 912 in Palm Beach County, Florida?

I really do not want to send my machine out.

I'm afraid you may be out of luck on this one. :(

The only two folks I know who would be able to help with your 912 would be Ben Rosenstein (retired Xenetech tech -- now in GA) or Fred Schwarz (Quality One in CA). 

I know there is a fellow in Mexico who still seems to be working with folks on their Xenetech equipment and MIGHT even come up to the States on occasion. Tread carefully on that one, though, since there've been some folks on the Xenetech Users' Facebook page who have mentioned they can't reach him &/or he owes them service/product/$.

The good news is that those 912 engravers last forever -- the bad news is that Xenetech "corporate" didn't. :(
