Thank you, since I upgraded to Windows 11 different computer), EngraveLab 9 (and trial version 10) is causing stalls and pauses when sending jobs to my New Hermes V7000 engraver. I have tried other parallel port cards, also USB conversion cables....it behaves the same. This is an intermittent problem ...

Roy, I did drag them while holding the ALT key, this got rid of them, but when I open a new document, two icons show back up. I can delete them, but two will come back again every time I open a document. I have a note into Cadlink and Corel for further light and knowledge. Thank you for the suggestion! ...
