These could easily be made with a shear and a corner notcher. How many do you need? If you don't have the tools, I may be able to help. ------------------------------ Ron Edelbrock Benton Trophy & Awards Sauk Rapids MN 320.252.4321 ------------------------------

I have seen it before where some of the lettering seems to be a raster that behaves like a vector. Almost as if the individual letters have been "powerclipped" inside their respective outlines. But the outlines don't engrave. What causes it on import? I don't know. ------------------------------ ...

Hi Nash. Ours are kept in plaque boxes and stored vertically on a long shelf. The part numbers are written on the edge of the box and then arranged in part number order. We've been around a looooong time and have quite the collection! ------------------------------ Ron Edelbrock Benton Trophy ...

I used The H2i Group earlier this year in central Minnesota. They took over John V's business. They did a fine job. I don't know for sure if they travel to Iowa, but I assume that they do. Phone: (888) 239-8747 ------------------------------ Ron Edelbrock Benton Trophy & Awards Sauk Rapids ...

I use hot glue. Sometimes JB Weld. I glue the pin of the badge to the plaque. I then slide a couple of quarters under either side of the badge to keep it level while the glue is drying/curing. Once dry, slide the quartes out. ------------------------------ Ron Edelbrock Benton Trophy & Awards ...

Hi Paul. I have a bunch of cut-offs if they could be of use to you. I believe most of them are about 4.5" in length. These may be older ones from Marvin Walker. I'm not sure. ------------------------------ Ron Edelbrock Benton Trophy & Awards Sauk Rapids MN 320.252.4321 -- ...

Hi Julianne. I haven't tried to laser FRP much. I tried vector cutting, but the laser burnt the edges and it wasn't an acceptable product to give to my customers. FRP does, however, rotary engrave beautifully if you have that capability at your place. ------------------------------ ...

Hello Greg. I have been running 2 Newing-Hall machines since the early to mid-'90s. A model 300 and a model 400. They are absolutely great engravers! I still use both of them daily. I wouldn't pass up the opportunity if the price is fair. You can always give me a call if you want to chat about them. ...

Gerry, try looking at what a luthier may use. Most guitars, banjos, mandolins, etc... use mother of pearl for the inlays on the fretboard. A quick google search for "mother of pearl thin sheet" came up with this https://letterheadsignsupply.com/white-mother-of-pearl ------------------------------ ...
